Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis came to us wanting to build a Patient Experience in order to better serve the families of their patients. This experience would bring all of the information a family needed about the hospital amenities and services into their hands to be accessed whenever they needed it. And because the hospital was undergoing construction, it includes our Wayfinding service. This allowed new patients and visitors a hassle free way of getting around in a new and changing environment. The last thing you want is the added stress of getting lost when you're in a hospital with a sick child.
