Aveeno wanted to created a digital, in-aisle experience for customers searching for information and products for the treatment and management of eczema symptoms. This experience was easily accessed via a QR code on shelf signage and contained information for users with a variety of types and experience levels of eczema. New parents whose children had baby eczema and adults who had dealt with the symptoms most of their lives could utilize the experience to find products and at home symptom relief information right on the spot.
