Baptist Health Network, after learning of our wayfinding use case, came to us to help them create a series of navigation experiences for all of the hospitals in their network. Working with their team, I designed a bright and clean experience for their visitors that allows them get to any area of the hospital, from anywhere else, with guided steps. To increase the value of this experience to the users, we also included general hospital information, driving directions to the hospital, and even gave the user a way to save exactly where they parked their car in the garage. Having this available to patients and visitors has helped relieve some of the already high stress of going to the hospital, by opening it up to them from anywhere.
